What are peptides? Peptides are biologically active compounds that closely resemble proteins-both are chains of amino acids. In cosmeceuticals, three types of peptides are used: Signal peptides, Neurotransmitter peptides and Carrier peptides.

Given the signs of aging, including fine lines and wrinkles, are caused by a breakdown of collagen and elastin-the proteins that give your skin strength and elasticity, and slow down cellular turnover. Peptides encourage fibroblasts to increase production of collagen while decreasing the breakdown of existing collagen.
This Peptide Treatment Lotion includes key ingredients of Palmitoyl Oligo Peptide, CoQ10, Squalane, Japanese Green Tea and vitamins A, E and C.

What is Retinol?
Retinol is a type of vitamin A. While vitamin A is an essential nutrtional requirement, the uses of retinol are widespread in skin care and clinical industries. The alcohol derivative of vitamin A, Retinol is metabolized to retinoic acid in vivo by a controlled two-step conversion. Retinol produces changes in the skin similiar to those produced by retinoic acid but without severe irritation or traces of retinoic acid in skin. Retinolis is not classified as a drug by the FDA.
Unique Retinol and botanical antioxidants encapsulated delivery system provides your skin with maximum release with reduced skin irritation typically common with retinoid. This formula will diminish appearance of fine lines and deep wrinkles. Retinol stimulates skin cell regeneration to enhance skin tone & texture, reduce appearance of discolorations and occasional blemishes.
Key ingredients include Palmitoyl Pentapeptide, Daisy Extract-clinical test results with Bellis Perennis (Daisy Extract), show reduction of melanin formation, anti-oxidative activity with significant lightning effects. Things are going great. I recieved the Retinol on Saturday so I have used it twice. My skin in general is doing great. I wore makeup all day on Sunday. I notice at 7:00pm Sunday night, I could touch my face, and it wasn't slick with oil.
